Who will delivery my order?
At the present time we use Royal Mail, this is because most of our parcels are very small. Therefore your goods will arrive with the postman along with your standard mail. All our items are shipped in new padded envelopes and every care is taken to ensure they reach you in their original condition.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Goods will be sent out the same or next day, they will then arrive with you within 2 days – so overall between 3-4 days. This is how we keep our prices so low. However, if you do need your products ASAP then we will do all we can to ensure they are with you at the soonest opportunity.
What is your returns policy?

In brief, we do accept returns as long as the goods are returned to us within 30 days, goods must be re-sellable condition.
Unless we have made a mistake or the goods have been damaged via our carrier we will not refund the shipping charge and goods will have to be returned at your own expense.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We do ship our products worldwide – however please ensure you select international postage.
